Ms. M. Pallavidevi is a dedicated teaching faculty member at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research. She is a distinguished scholar in English, holding an MA and MPhil in English from the esteemed University of Madras and Anna University, Chennai, which have provided her with a strong academic foundation in English Literature and English Language Teaching. She is also a University Gold Medalist in her undergraduate studies, reflecting her exceptional academic excellence.She has served as a Guest Lecturer and Assistant Professor in reputed colleges affiliated with the University of Madras and Anna University, gaining valuable experience in teaching and mentoring students.

In addition to her academic career, she brings industry exposure with expertise in both technology and leadership. At Amazon Development Centre India, Chennai, she worked as a Machine Learning Data Associate, contributing to innovative projects involving Just Walk Out technology, artificial intelligence, and advanced computer algorithms. She further strengthened her professional experience at HAN Digital Solutions, Bangalore, where she served as a Senior Process Associate and Subject Matter Expert, leading teams and managing key performance areas such as productivity, attendance, and performance metrics using AWS tools.

Her research interests are equally noteworthy. During her postgraduate studies, she conducted in-depth research in Canadian literature, producing commendable results. For her MPhil, she specialized in English Language Teaching, focusing on improving listening skills among low-proficiency tertiary-level learners, thereby addressing critical challenges in language acquisition.
