She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Dr. M.G.R Educational and Research Institute (2018) and master’s degrees in MBA (Systems) from Bharathiar University and MHRM from Pondicherry University. Her expertise includes academic leadership, curriculum development, research, and entrepreneurial skill development.

Ms. T. M. Kopperundevi B.Pharm., M.B.A., M.Phil.

Assistant Professor, SRIHER (DU)

Has 15 years of experience as an assistant professor at Anna University-affiliated engineering colleges in the Department of Management Studies. In addition to her academic career, she has industrial experience in the pharmaceutical sector, having worked as a production pharmacist at Tablets India, Chennai. She upgraded her teaching with more training in strategic management, corporate social responsibility, Data analysis using SPSS, and Tally at Anna University, Chennai, and IIM Kozhikode, Kerala.
