Professor and Head of the Department of Mind-Body Medicine & Lifestyle Sciences, SRIHER (DU)

A distinguished academician, researcher, and thought leader with over two decades of expertise in medical physiology, mind–body medicine, and lifestyle sciences. She earned her Ph.D. in Medical Physiology from the University of Madras, pioneering research on the neurotoxic effects of cyanide and later expanding into stress, resilience, sleep physiology, and wellness in clinical and community settings.

Faculty Member, SRIHER (DU)

A Siddha doctor and internationally certified wellness coach with expertise in holistic health, yoga, and digital education. She has three years of experience in clinical consultations and curriculum design, integrating traditional medicine, behavioural science, and online learning. She has created and launched digital wellness programs, including the Vision Board Academy, and has been a speaker and trainer in workshops, online platforms, and corporate events. Her research and teaching interests include integrative health, music medicine, and energy-based healing practices.
