Ms. M. Pallavidevi is a teaching faculty member at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research. She is a distinguished English scholar with an MA and MPhil in English from the esteemed University of Madras and Anna University, Chennai, establishing a robust academic foundation in English literature and English Language Teaching. Notably, she is a University Gold Medallist in her undergraduate studies that shows her academic excellence.

She has served as a Guest Lecturer and Assistant Professor in reputable colleges affiliated with the University of Madras and Anna University. With expertise in both technology and leadership, she has held two significant industry roles. At Amazon Development Centre India, Chennai, she worked as a Machine Learning Data Associate, contributing to innovation through Just Walk Out technology, artificial intelligence, and computer algorithms. At HAN Digital Solutions, Bangalore, she served as a Senior Process Associate and Subject Matter Expert, where she led a team and managed key areas such as performance, attendance, and productivity using AWS tools.

She conducted in-depth research work on Canadian literature during her postgraduate studies, producing highly appreciable outcomes. In her MPhil research, she focused on English Language Teaching, specifically enhancing listening skills for low-proficiency tertiary-level students, effectively addressing their learning needs.
