Assistant Professor
Ms. T. M. Kopperundevi is an Assistant Professor at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education. She earned her Master’s in Management Studies from Arulmigu Meenakshi Ammal Engineering College in Kancheepuram and further pursued her interest by completing a Master of Philosophy with distinction. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in management studies at Anna University, Chennai.
Mrs Kopperundevi has 15 years of experience as an assistant professor at Anna University-affiliated engineering colleges in the Department of Management Studies. In addition to her academic career, she has industrial experience in the pharmaceutical sector, having worked as a production pharmacist at Tablets India, Chennai. She upgraded her teaching with more training in strategic management, corporate social responsibility, Data analysis using SPSS, and Tally at Anna University, Chennai, and IIM Kozhikode, Kerala.
She is undergoing a research topic on work-life balance in the IT industry. She has presented several papers exploring the impact of work-life balance on entrepreneurs at SRM University, Kattankulathur, and at K.C.S Kasi Nadar College of Arts & Science College, Chennai. She was a member of the Woman Entrepreneur Association, and she mentors successful women entrepreneurs. She presented a paper on the topic and challenges of Changing Business Paradigms in the Era of globalisation at Prathyusha Institute of Management Studies, Chennai, and won first prize.
