Associate Professor
Dr. Shibe Rimo is a distinguished academician and administrator with over 20 years of experience in business management education. She currently serves as Associate Professor at Sri Ramachandra Institute for Higher Education and Research. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Dr. M.G.R Educational and Research Institute (2018) and master’s degrees in MBA (Systems) from Bharathiar University and MHRM from Pondicherry University. Her expertise includes academic leadership, curriculum development, research, and entrepreneurial skill development.
Dr. Shibe has published Scopus-indexed research papers in the area of Human Resource Management, presented at prestigious conferences, and authored a book on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). She has played key roles in NAAC accreditation, faculty development, innovation programs, and international collaborations.
A recipient of multiple awards, including the Best Educator Award (2024) and Educational Leadership Award (2024), she is an active member of professional bodies like the Madras Management Association and the Research Foundation of India. Her contributions extend beyond academia as she has successfully organized recruitment drives, coordinated international conferences, and led institutional innovation initiatives.
