Ms. K. SWETHA

Assistant Professor

Ms. K. Swetha is a dedicated academic and professional with a strong background in Biostatistics and Mathematics. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research. She holds a Master’s in Biostatistics from ICMR–National Institute of Epidemiology, affiliated with Periyar University. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Chevalier T. Thomas Elizabeth College, with First Class honours.

Swetha has cultivated a passion for teaching, mentoring students, and sharing her statistical analysis and epidemiology expertise. She has contributed as a Statistical Consultant and Data Analyst at Government Siddha Medical College and worked as a Data Manager at Christian Medical College. Her experience extends to an internship at ICMR-National Institute of Research in Tuberculosis, where she gained hands-on exposure to clinical trials and survival analysis.

Her keen interest in teaching and commitment to continuous learning drives her to inspire and guide students toward analytical excellence. With a strong foundation in statistical tools such as SPSS, R, STATA, and SAS, she is well equipped to contribute to research and academic domains, fostering a dynamic learning environment. Swetha strives to blend her love for education with data-driven insights, making impactful contributions to biostatistics and beyond.
